BRC Global Standards
Milk Academy holds the internationally recognized BRC (British Retail Consortium) Food Safety Certificate. This certificate documents that our products are produced under the highest hygiene, quality, and safety standards and that all our processes are meticulously inspected.
ORSER Organic Production Certificate
It documents our commitment to organic production methods. As one of the few producers with the ORSER certificate who can produce organic products, Milk Academy has the capacity to process organic milk and produce many organic dairy products such as organic labneh, organic fresh cheese, and organic mozzarella.

The Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock
The Milk Academy production facility is approved by the Republic of Türkiye Food, Agriculture and Livestock and registered with an official operating certificate. Production processes are inspected and secured in accordance with legal regulations.
