About Us
The story of Milk Academy began in 2006 in a small dairy in the Mustafakemalpaşa district of Bursa, with the production of labneh and other spreadable cheese products.
In 2019, with its 14,000 m² production area, Milk Academy increased its milk processing capacity and continued to expand its product portfolio.
With 20 years of experience, Milk Academy has a significant share in the production of spreadable cheese and mozzarella cheese in the dairy sector. Taking a new step in 2023 by joining Cabir Holding, one of Turkey’s well-established companies, the Company now operates with a 17,000 m² production facility as well as a logistics center and a wastewater treatment plant to ensure operational efficiency and environmental awareness.
With a daily capacity of processing 400 tons of raw milk and storing 600 tons of raw milk, Milk Academy continues to invest in machinery and workforce for new product categories, new capacities, and modernization works.

The brand’s other major investment is ice cream. With its strong team and know-how in the ice cream sector, Milk Academy has a total production capacity of 40 million liters and production lines for stick premium, kids stick, liter packs, cups, cones, and 5-liter/liter shaped fillings.
Thanks to modern production lines, classic and innovative products are produced for different consumer segments including adults, children, young people, and families.

Continuing its journey with a commitment to high quality standards, reliable production approach, and effective R&D efforts, Milk Academy follows a continuous improvement, development, and sustainable learning approach. Thanks to its quality policy focused on customer and consumer satisfaction, Milk Academy holds the international "BRC Food Safety Global Standard" and numerous internationally recognized certificates for quality, safety, and compliance with international standards.

Currently, the Milk Academy has a product portfolio that includes Labneh, Fresh Cream Cheeses, Cream Cheese, Vegetable & Animal Fat Creams, Kashar Cheese, Toast Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Local Cheeses, and UHT Drinking Milk in the Dairy Products category, and serves numerous cake and pizza producers, restaurants, hotels, and industrial food manufacturers domestically under the Nutrica brand and internationally under the Al Nutrica brand in the Hotel, Restaurant, and Café/Catering (HoReCa) channel, and also produces PL products for many brands in both categories.
In 2025, as part of its growth and branding strategies, Milk Academy will meet consumers in national and local retail chains in both Dairy Products and Ice Cream categories under the "Milk Academy" brand.
